What are the booking and payment terms?

Once you’ve decided on Beechdown, phone 01256 36 22 11 or email us (eventsoffice@beechdown.co.uk) to make sure the date is available. We will hold your preferred date for you for seven days. To confirm your date we only require a refundable deposit of £350. This is to cover any damages. Payment can be made by credit card or directly into our bank, details available on request. A booking confirmation will be sent to you once your deposit has been received. This must be signed and returned as soon as possible. The balance of the total anticipated cost is due three months prior to the event.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices in the brochure are inclusive of VAT.

Do you charge for children?

Children aged three and under are complimentary within Wedding Packages.

What time does the party end?

Last orders at the bar is called at 11.45. The Bar and Disco finish at 12.00 midnight. We can extend this to 1.00am for an additional payment of £150.

Do you offer accommodation?

We don’t have on site accommodation, but there are many hotels nearby.

Will there be enough onsite parking?

We have free, onsite parking for 130 cars. The gates are locked after the party, cars may be left overnight but must be collected early the following morning. Sleeping in onsite vehicles is not allowed.

Do you allow external catering?

At Beechdown, we provide all catering in-house based on the packages avaliable in the brochure.
